Returns or Cancelled Orders:
Any non defective returns or canceled orders are subject
to a 20% restocking charge. A return number is required for all returned
items. Refunds are only given within 30 days of purchase and do not cover
shipping charges. All items must be returned in original packaging. Please

*Shipping Options:
Order123.com can use a customer's shipping account
number for DHL, UPS or Airborne for International and some domestic
shipments. To use your shipping account number for any online orders,

account number immediately after you place your order. If we are not
able to use your account number for any reason, we will notify you immediately.
If you only have an APO, FPO address, please choose UPS
Ground Shipping and we will ship your order via US Priority Mail.
